Revision Shooter Max Michel Begins 2011 Season With First Place Finish At The Florida Open
Essex Junction, VT –-(Ammoland.com)- Max Michel, champion shooter for Revision, leads this year’s competitive season with the Open Division Title at the 2011 Florida Open, held February 18, in Frostproof, FL.
Michel begins the 2011 circuit after an impressive 2010 season where Michel broke USPSA Area records and won a spot on Team USA for the 2011 IPSC World Shoot XVI.
The Florida Open shows that a little time off can’t slow this champion down; Michel secured his title with 1517.4876 match points, or 100.00%, taking home first place in six of the ten stages of competition.
“The 13th annual Florida Open was an extremely technical and challenging match. In fact, I truly feel competing here with over 400 of the highest level competitors from around the world will help prepare me greatly for the World Shoot later this year,” commented Michel. “Frank Garcia and his staff did an amazing job yet again.”
Michel will next be competing in the US Steel Nationalsheld at the Titusville Rifle & Pistol Club in Titusville, FL, March 25-27, 2011.
