Montana Powder Primer Bill Passes Senate Second Reading
Washington, DC –-(Ammoland.com)- MSSA’s bill to encourage the manufacture of smokeless powder, primers and brass in Montana, SB 371, has passed Second Reading in the Senate with a vote of 41-9.
SB 371 was significantly amended by the Senate Taxation Committee, removing three of four inducements for new manufacture. We hope we can get two of those inducements restored in the House.
Stay tuned.
