“MidwayUSA has been on YouTube for several years now, and I’m excited about our launch into Facebook and Twitter,” says Larry Potterfield, Founder and CEO of MidwayUSA. “When we started the business, we’d communicate with our Customers through face-to-face conversations or over the phone, but with these new social media channels, we’ll be able to communicate, nearly instantly, more and better information and share some of the great things going on at MidwayUSA for our Customers.”

On the new Facebook page, followers will have access to:

  • Exclusive promotions and special offers
  • A “behind-the-scenes” look at what we’re filming for TV
  • A look inside MidwayUSA – the business and the employees
  • News about MidwayUSA’s Conservation and Shooting Industry support
  • Opportunities to communicate with MidwayUSA and our community of Customers

MidwayUSA will share this content through postings, videos and pictures. In addition, Customers will be able to share their shooting, reloading, gunsmithing or hunting photos and stories with the company and other enthusiasts.

MidwayUSA will also communicate exclusive promotions, special offers and product information to Twitter followers.

“At MidwayUSA, our number one goal is Customer Satisfaction, and our Facebook and Twitter launches will enable us to do a better job communicating with and engaging our Customers,” says Aaron Oelger, Vice President of Marketing. “Customers keep asking for more content – pictures, video and promotions – and these channels will help us provide this.”

    1. Seems that I might be wrong, but as memory serves, firearms and related items were verboten on such sites. IS my recollection wrong or have things changed, for the better, I might add.

    2. For those of us that have sleepless gaps in the middle of the night find the time I spend reviewing AMMOLAND.COM is very rewarding with a world of information that is useful in the sport of shooting, goodnight, Gator.
