The event will be hosted by the Arizona Game & Fish Department and the Northern Arizona Shooting Foundation. The ribbon cutting ceremony will commence at 10:00 a.m., followed by a blessing and then the firing of the first Ceremonial Shot. Some local and regional politicians and law enforcement staff have been invited and are expected to attend.
