Anti-NRA Protest March has Massively POOR Turn Out – EPIC FAIL

Washington DC Anti NRA March
Washington DC Anti NRA March: If you look in the center you can see a few protesters.

Washington DC –-(Ammoland.com)- The Stop the NRA March, was held yesterday afternoon, to protest against gun violence and the NRA.

The event was so poorly attended that it was embarrassing for the media assigned to cover this non event, as they must have felt their bosses thought they were not up to the task of covering a real news story.

That is unless the story was that no one in the USA but politicians and the media want more gun control.

Participating organizations include:

  • President Obama’s Moveon.org
  • Brady Campaign
  • Occupy the NRA
  • CREDO
  • Every Child Matters
  • United For Change, USA
  • New Yorker’s Against Gun Violence
  • The Other 98%
  • We Act Radio

Yeah, we never heard of half of these groups and it was obvious no one else had either.

As Buzzfeed’s Evan McMorris-Santoro noted, the event featured the debut of a new anti-NRA poster created by Shepard Fairey – the designer of the famous Obama ‘Hope’ poster. Obey Giant fans might want to email the artist and tell him to pick another lost cause: https://www.obeygiant.com/contact?goto=general

An extremely generous estimation of the crowd size would have been about 100 people, including members of the media and bystanders.

Funny Heather, every child matters, does not apply when bleeding heart liberal kill 1.6 million children, each year in the US, in the name of abortion. Take that back to 1973, when abortion was legalized, and the bleeding heart liberals make Hitler look like a Sunday school teacher. You don’t care that these children don’t have a voice and never get to draw their first breath. Just because you don’t want them, you murder them. Sounds about par for the liberals.

“The other 98%” must have thought it was not worth getting out of bed for. Looks like they were right. We don’t educate ourselves with misinformation and lies. We know the score and support our cause to the extreme. We would go all the way to revolution to support our cause. Your “groups” would only give a war and not show up.

Becker

Heather, you probably heard of all these groups because you are the lone member of each one. What are you doing on a pro-gun site instead of one of “your sites?” No one but yourself to talk to? Might as well come on out of the closet. We know you love guns or you wouldn’t be on our site. We certainly would not be on one of your gun grabbers “sites.” Let’s face it, I will have more people at my funeral than your gun grabbers protest had, and EVERYONE hate me.

Is this the 90% ? Too funny ! HBH

Gotta love it!! I especialy love the group named ” every child matters” ! Lol thats only if its FREE!!!! The town of Newtown Ct recently had a vote to increase funds to hire either cops or security guards to protect the children and it was UNANIMOULSY VOTED DOWN!! Where were the Obama shadows that just but weeks ago stood with him denouncing the senate for failing to pass the universal background check bill!! Where were they when this money was voted down?? The blab, whine, cry, piss and moan about guns, violence, taki g away law abiding citizens guns… Read more »

They did not turn out because the city uses Monsanto products on their greens, it makes the grass taste bad. Heather what value did you bring to the conversation? I have heard of most of those groups and they are all either misleading or outright stupid. They do not pay attention to the facts just like Piers Morgan. All stooges for political deception. Stop believing the lies. Or go back to chewing grass. When you get raped by a criminal at gun point remember having a concealed weapon might have saved your a$$. How about researching the stories of people… Read more »

Where’s your 90% of the country that want gun control? From this event I think that was a typo. Correction, 90 people in the US want gun control!

@Heather, I have educated myself all that I need to on this issue. “Shall Not Be Infringed” is pretty simple, maybe it would help you if we get out the Crayons and Coloring books!

I’m so disappointed with Shepard Fairey’s decision to create this poster. I’ve loved his artwork for years, but I suppose this much should have been expected, given that the 2008 Obama “HOPE” poster was his brainchild as well.

Heather

Uh…I’ve heard of every single one of those groups. Why haven’t you? Could it be that you live in your own bubble without any sort of interest in educating yourself outside your own opinions?

Hahahaha! Pathetic lemmings. They simply cannot accept that they are the extreme minority in this case.
