New York, NY –-( Good Shot Design ( has launched an elegant, fitted collection designed specifically for women who enjoy shooting sporting clays and wing shooting.

“Good Shot Design is made for women who want the highest quality, tailored look of tweed with a modern touch,” says Lyndall Bailye, Founder of Good Shot Designs. “All products are water resistant, fully lined, and trimmed in waterproof suede.”

The idea for Good Shot Design was sparked by Bailye's own shooting forays in the U.K. Upon returning home, her searches for stylish women’s tweeds yielded men’s clothing in small sizes. In Fall of 2011, she tapped into the family’s entrepreneurial spirit and launched Good Shot Design with daughter, Stephanie – pioneering American tastes in British tweed shooting fashions specifically for women with their hallmark bright trim and linings.

Hand cut and sewn in England, Good Shot Design produces a complete collection of products that appeals to anyone with a love of smart outdoor style and a chic country look.

For women , this line was created to combine the passion for the sport of shooting/hunting as well as a flair for fashion. The patterns, textures, and fabrics give Good Shot Design a fashionable and trendy look for outdoors-minded women. The line was created for all women from the avid hunter and shooter to the fashionista, all of this while keeping them warm and looking great.

Good Shot Design is also the exclusive US distributor of John Field – a collection of high-performance apparel from Belgium, which was created for technical weather resistant clothing for the outdoor, horse riding and shooting markets. All of the rain gear is ultra lightweight, waterproof, and breathable, with key details like fleece-lined hand-warming chest pockets, magnetic pocket flaps, a discrete hood attachment system, leg attachment system inside the coat, and an opening in the back flap for horseback.
