Firearms Industry Matches ATF Reward In Marengo, Ohio Firearms Theft

NEWTOWN, Conn –-(Ammoland.com)- The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), the trade association for the firearms industry, has offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the Sept.8-9 2013 theft of firearms from S&S Guns, 1908 County Road Boulevard, Marengo, Ohio.

This potential reward matches a $5,000 reward offer by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

According to ATF and the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, a number of firearms were stolen in the burglary. ATF and the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the theft and are seeking information from the public that would lead to the identification of those responsible.

The matching reward payment by NSSF will be granted only following payment of the initial ATF reward, which is up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the crimes.
