Northboro, MA – -(Ammoland.com)- Many media outlets have become incredibly adept at subliminally phrasing stories and headlines with the intent of marginalizing the Second Amendment and law abiding citizens who wish to have the choice of defending themselves.
A perfect example of this appeared yesterday in the Los Angeles Times. Their coverage of the Colorado state recall election featured a headline which read; “In Colorado, gun control advocates cite caveats amid NRA win”.
They carefully crafted this headline and chose to use the “NRA Win” part as a way of directing the average reader to believe that the NRA was responsible and benefiting from the election victory.
Let it be known, this was not an “NRA Victory” this was a Civil Rights victory for the citizens of Colorado and a great first step into unwinding the nonsense legislation signed into law this Spring by Governor Hickenlooper.
This was the people speaking, saying ENOUGH. This was the people taking back what no legislator should ever attempt to restrict or regulate, our basic Right of self defense as recognized by the Second Amendment.
GOAL would like to congratulate the Rocky Mountain Gun Owners’ and the people of Colorado for their great win.

If they wouldn’t have gotten recalled, then bloomberg wouldn’t have gotten the credit, it would have been the Colorado citizens “have spoken”. Isn’t it funny how the shoe is on the other foot with the lame stream media? No mention of bloomberg pumping more money than the NRA into the equation and they still lost. Good article, Mike, and right to the point. the so-called “mainstream media” in this country is nothing more than a vassal, puppets in a propaganda dancing at the end of strings controlled by those who see the world only on their terms. It’s almost as though they are trying to instigate a massive civil uprising, so they may impose martial law or other heavyhanded strategies to control we, the masses.
