Senate Bill 145ย ensures confidentiality and privacy protection for concealed weapon permit holders.
House Bill 446ย deletes โdischarge of firearmsโ from the disorderly conduct statute.
House Bill 459ย provides that health care facilities and providers may not inquire about a personโs firearm ownership as a condition of receiving medical treatment nor refuse treatment because a person refuses to answer questions about firearms ownership.
