Montana Pro-Gun Laws Take Effect Today October 1st 2013

Charlotte, NC –-(Ammoland.com)- ย On Tuesday, October 1 2013, three important pro-gun laws take effect inย Montana:

Senate Bill 145ย ensures confidentiality and privacy protection for concealed weapon permit holders.

House Bill 446ย deletes โ€œdischarge of firearmsโ€ from the disorderly conduct statute.

House Bill 459ย provides that health care facilities and providers may not inquire about a personโ€™s firearm ownership as a condition of receiving medical treatment nor refuse treatment because a person refuses to answer questions about firearms ownership.
