Washington DC – -(Ammoland.com)-  During an April 28 2014 interview on The Lars Larson show, Fox News' Juan Williams told a story about his wife's car being stolen and her saying, “I wish I had a gun.”

Williams said that his wife “went to the gas station” this past weekend to fuel her car. He said that “while she's trying to put the credit card in some guy rushes by her, gets in the car and drives off with the damn car.”

Williams said his wife's response was, “I wish I had a gun.”

Larson responded by saying, “God bless Mrs. Juan Williams,” and said Juan should buy her a gun “at the next opportunity.”

    1. hey Juan, since you always tell us how easy it is to run across the border to virginia and buy a gun, this is the perfect opportunity, tell them its for your wife in D.C.

    2. Where do Juan and his wife live? I believe that it is either DC (or NYC) where it is next to impossible to own or god forbid carry a gun. They will be protected from harm by the police according to the city fathers…..

    3. Being a big time liberal like he and she are, the car was probably on some kind of federal financing thing–so the taxpayers get hammered.

    4. In my state, NC, I can’t fire on someone who it trying or in process of stealing property.

Now if I was in the car and they are attempting a car jacking, that is defense of my own life and would be allowed under the law of my state.

    5. Hard core liberals will never “get it”, but regular democrats(uneducated republicans) who just don’t use common sense or can’t understand until something happens to them, will sometimes begin to see the light of day. I doubt this experience will change a liberal like Williams, but it’s something for them to think about. Better late than never.

    6. I don’t know Juan William’s politics. The Liberal media usually seizes the moment when someone makes a comment like that?

    7. I think the point here is that Mrs. Williams realizes how quick and easy it is to become a victim of a crime. Nobody is suggesting that she shoot a car jacker. But what if he tried to do more? What if her life was in danger? Maybe she realizes it is better to have a gun and not need it than not have one and need it.

    8. Raymond Miller has it right. Juan Williams is a liberal jerk, who is only conservative when it affects ‘him’. That being said, I’m glad his wife wasn’t hurt.

    9. I think it would be interesting to see just how the law would treat Mrs. Williams for a nonlife-threatening shooting. Would Mrs. Williams be prosecuted the same as the “white Mexican” with prosecutorial malfeasance as it was called? Of course, in Mrs. Williams defense, her husband is a “famous” news contributor who continually takes up for the White House trash. So maybe she would get off with a suspended sentence.

Dumb broad should know that it gets stolen in DC if it isn’t locked down or under armed guard.

    10. Typical liberal. Leaves keys in the car and then wants to shoot the perp. They’re all anti-gun until they get ganked and then they want to go medieval.

    11. Dear Ammoland,
As frustrating as this experience must have been there was no indication of fear for life or serious bodily injury indicated. Therefor, had the victim used a gun self defense would probably NOT have been a viable defense and aggravated assault charges or homicide charges could be a serious possibility.

    12. Maybe I’m different, but I can’t see shooting someone because they stole my car while I was standing there.

Why did she leave the keys in the ignition, that was her first mistake.

If the car was running, really shouldn’t do that either.
