‘Missouri Run On Gun Shops’ Seriously? Where Have These Gun Buyers Been?
Second Amendment Patriots

Indiana –-(Ammoland.com)- Constant re-run, replay, rewind, this country no longer surprises me. Every time there’s a flashpoint, such as the one in Missouri right now, we’ll read about a run on gun shops.

It makes me wonder about some of the folks that make a bee line for the local gun shop, especially the first time buyers.

Where have they been all these past years?

Wonder how many of them buying those AR 15’s for the first time may have asked a few weeks ago; “ Why would anyone need one of those rifles, you can’t hunt with them?”

They probably made the same comments about so called “hi capacity magazines” before they realized they might be fighting 100 looters.

I don’t know what the number of those buyers would be, but if it’s just one person they own a debt of gratitude for those who have been standing on the wall for the past decades to keep the gun confiscation crowd at bay. Had it not been for the Americans who have kept the flame alive to protect the Second Amendment, there would be no firearms for them to panic buy, nor gun shops to race to.

Let’s hope that there will always be strong- willed citizens and legislators to stay vigilant in guarding precious liberty and never succumb to the temptations of weakness and insouciance.

Gun stores typically have fairly intense security, and the police usually respond to alarms gun stores with “guns falling into the wrong hands” in mind, you can relax AJ.

Well written article. It does boggle the mind, here these “oh my, I need to run to the gun store” folks have been. What news do they watch, that the light bulb is just now clicking on!?!

LIBERALISM – is a mental illness. FEDERAL ‘LAW’ PROHIBITS selling to a mentally ill.

SOrry LIBS. Get Professional Medical attention. NO GUNS for LIBS. …libel to shoot themselves first!!

Happy independent gun store owners make me happy. Here’s to you, Independent Gun Store Owners!

Always better that they finally have a wake-up call than to never wake up.

Yeah. That was my question, too.

I think they should be subjected to a 15 day waiting period, just to teach ’em a lesson.

Hopefully we pro-2A folks can use this example as to why gun restrictions are just stupid.

It’s not about hunting, it’s about the ability to protect yourself, your family, and your property from those who would try to take from you.

I have said for years when women decide they need guns our gun culture will be restored.

We used to buy guns through the mail without background checks or 4473 forms all of that change with the 68GCA. Sadly the NRA supported an end to mail order sales.

I have believed that one change in the law set the stage for the gun control laws we have today.

Women are the key to restoring our 2A rights. Even women that don’t shoot need to feel safe around guns. The key is getting women to feel safe around guns

no comment is worthy if it concern anti-gun person

Metro Shooting Supplies is actually in Bridgeton, MO. Just a few miles from Ferguson.

Let’s just hope Steve King and staff are 1.) armed while at work and home, and 2.) the store has state of the art security systems in place and a dusk to dawn ARMED guard on duty. Otherwise, these fine firearms could very easily wind up in the hands of the wrong people.
