Hill is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, with an MA from Miami University (OH). After graduate school, Hill taught courses at the University of Arkansas-Ft. Smith, before joining MidwayUSA in 2010 as a Customer Service Supervisor.
In 2012, he was promoted to Product Line Manager, and has managed various lines during his tenure, including Clothing & Footwear, Knives, Camping, and Hunting.

In his new position, Hill will provide oversight and consistency to process management in his department and will be tasked with improving process efficiency through systematic process improvements. He will also conduct business unit analysis and ensure area strategies are executed.
