Whether or not you choose to shoot is up to you. Just because you have the legal right to shoot someone does not mean you SHOULD pull the trigger. Remember, your problems don’t end when you shoot someone; they are just beginning. If you can get out of the situation without firing a shot, by all means, please do that. But, again, that decision is up to you and based on the circumstances at the time.
