In his new role, Gray will be responsible for providing tactical and strategic leadership for LaserMax in the commercial and OEM sales areas. He will also work closely with the LaserMax marketing team to develop and implement effective sales programs and promotions.
Gray draws on experience in a variety of sales positions in the firearms and outdoor industries. Most recently, he held the position of Sales and Business Development Manager of handguns at Remington Outdoor Company, where he excelled at forging key retailer relationships and was recognized as a brand category 2013 Remington Rep of the Year. While leading sales for Remington’s handgun business, he also served as Western Regional Sales Representative and Key Account Manager to strategic retail operations.
Prior to Remington, Gray served as a Technical Representative for Lacrosse Footwear/Danner Boots where he was involved in the development of new sales and marketing programs and the execution of nationwide retail training programs with major sporting goods retailers across the United States. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
