Cedar Springs, MI – Applied Ballistics, LLC, has announced the addition of Matthew Brousseau to their roster of Award Winning sponsored competitive long range shooters.
President of Applied Ballistics, Bryan Litz stated, “Matthew is a humble, driven, polite and versatile shooter – and that doesn’t come along often. He has a proven track record in the PRS Shooting arenas, and demands the highest performance standards.”
Brousseau has quickly risen to the top of the PRS shooting circuit’s list of competitors. He began his career with the US Marine Corps in 2004, and in 2006 he joined the 2nd Force Reconnaissance Company (which later became the 2nd Marine Special Operations Battalion – MARSOC). During a deployment in 2007, he was injured and was honorably discharged due to his injuries sustained.
In 2008 Brousseau began his contracting career, and at the end of 2013, was turned on to the PRS Series Competitions through friends while on deployments. In March 2014, he began competing himself, and instantly fell in love with the sport of Precision Long Range Shooting; and has proven himself a force to be reckoned with.
“I am honored to be representing this hardworking and innovative team,” stated Brousseau. “Applied Ballistics has made its reputation on providing the best products and shooting aids to the long range shooting community, and to those who put themselves into harms way overseas. I’m proud to be wearing their logo when I compete.”
This sponsorship is in addition to Applied Ballistics’ current sponsorship with the Michigan F-T/R Rifle Team, as well as the US Rifle Team.
