Washington, DC -( Periscope, a full-spectrum impact agency based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has once again come on board as the pro bono agency of record for the Outdoor Foundation’s Outsiders Ball.

Building on past successes, the third annual Outsiders Ball promises to be the best event yet, with live music, great drinks and delicious food, along with new interactive experiences such as cycling and slackline challenges.

Recognized as one of the nation’s most creative firms, Periscope is supporting every aspect of the event, setting the tone for an unforgettable and eclectic evening.

“The team at Periscope is excited to be part of the Outsider’s Ball again this year,” said Greg Kurowski, president and CEO of Periscope. “The money raised goes directly to helping more kids experience the outdoors, which can be life changing. Our goal every year is to make the event laid back with unique elements so that people can have a lot of fun while raising money.”

“Outsiders Ball would not be the same without the generous support and creative genius of Periscope,” said Chris Fanning, executive director of the Outdoor Foundation. “Their hard work helps the Outdoor Foundation elevate the importance of getting more young people outside; providing every individual, brand and business in the outdoor industry with an opportunity to be part of the solution.”

The Outdoor Foundation’s Outsiders Ball will take place on August 4th, the eve of Outdoor Retailer Summer Market at the Gallivan Center in downtown Salt Lake City. This is the ‘party for a purpose’, tackling the industry’s biggest challenge, the growing divide between young people and nature.

Over the past two years, thanks to the generous support of sponsoring companies, industry leaders, and Ball attendees, the event has hit it out of the park – helping nearly 45,000 young people connect with the outdoors and investing in over 200 nonprofit projects across the country.
