North Haven, CT -(AmmoLand.com)- Continuing her domination in the world of ladies competitive shooting, Lena Miculek won the IPSC Standard Ladies World Champion title at the recent 2015 Shotgun World Championship, held in Agna, Italy.

Now a two-time title holder, Lena was undefeated in the all-USA Ladies Shoot-Off final pitting Lena against Dianna Muller. Both women also competed on the winning ladies team along with family matriarch, Kay Miculek, and Becky Yackley, bringing home the gold for Team USA.

Upon returning from Italy, Lena took top ladies honors at the inaugural Starlight 3 Gun match, held in conjunction with the NRA’s World Shooting Championship at the Peacemaker National Training Center in West Virginia, and capped off her month of domination with a solid second place finish at the NRA Championship. Mossberg congratulates Lena on her recent wins and the members of the USA ladies team for their impressive performance!

Lena won her first major championship at the 2012 IPSC Shotgun World Championship in Debrecen, Hungary, and has continued to add an impressive list of titles to her resume including back-to-back 3GN Lady Championships in 2013 and 2014, Pan American 3-Gun High Lady in 2013 and USPSA Multi Gun Nationals in 2014. And her go-to shotgun is the Mossberg 930 JM Pro, her father, Jerry Miculek’s signature series shotgun.

At the core of the 930 JM Pro is a fast-cycling, gas-vent operating system which aids in recoil reduction and reduces stress and wear on operating parts. To meet the demands of competitive shooters, several performance-enhancing features were added including Mossberg’s extended knurled bolt handle; forend cut to facilitate faster reloads; oversized safety button; adjustable trigger over travel; choice of 9-shot or 10-shot capacities; and protective barrel clamp for the extended mag tube. Internal parts also receive a special corrosion-resistant finish for smoother cycling and ease of cleaning.
