MeatEater (Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT): A true outdoorsman, Steven Rinella harvests every ounce of meat he procures for an enjoyable meal in the wilderness. In this week’s episode, Rinella heads to the Idaho backcountry on his annual quest for a giant public land mule deer buck.

Lake Commandos (Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. ET): Top bass pro, Stetson Blaylock, goes head-to-head with Steve Pennaz on a massive lake known for big smallmouth bass. After a slow start, a pattern emerges and neither angler saw it coming.
