DeKalb, Illinois – This week, Reed Snyder and J.D. are proud to host special guest David Famiglietti of New Frontier Armory to Episode 166 of the AR-15 Podcast! New Frontier also happens to be the sponsor of the AR-15 Podcast’s latest giveaway, which is a 9mm pistol carbine.  One lucky listener will win, so enter today. Also, the NRA show is coming up, and the Firearms Radio Network is hosting a meet and greet with a possible drink on us. Read on to find out what “ambidextrous” and the Firearms Radio Network have in common.

The main topic includes the scope and intent of the National Firearms Act, and how it relates to pistol carbines and barrel lengths for shoulder fired weapons. And of course, contained within that discussion is what, if anything, the NFA accomplished since it was signed into law. With that in mind, David provides detail on New Frontier Armory’s take on the pistol carbine. He covers action features, non-manufacturer magazines, and expansion into other calibers.
