TruckVault Lift System Delivers Innovative Storage Solution for Ford Explorer Police Interceptor

Utilizing an innovative bracket installation system, TruckVault’s Lift Technology allows placement of a full-sized TruckVault unit in the Explorer while retaining quick access to the spare tire without hassle.
The TruckVault Lift System uses air-assisted cylinders to aid in lifting the entire unit out of the way, allowing access to the spare tire without removing the TruckVault. The simple design with an all-steel construction is engineered for heavy service to last the life of the vehicle. TruckVault can customize the size, number, and orientation of the drawers of the unit to create virtually any configuration.

This is ridiculous… Like an LEO would change a tire! Such BS. AND a waste of taxpayer $$$.
LEO’s must be able to keep their vehicles operational, and while they might not have to change a tire all the time, they must have that ability – or equip them with run flat tires at a much higher cost that a vault assist system. Our govt. does waste a lot of money but this is NOY one of those items.
Really? I have changed numerous tires over the years. Yes, we change our flat tires what do you want us to do call AAA and wait on them to change the tire?
