California – -(Ammoland.com)- In 1776, our nation’s 13 original colonies were faced with an absolutely crucial decision—cower down to British oppression, or rise up and fight for their freedom.

Live free or die…or as Patrick Henry once said, “Give me liberty, or give me death.”

This was the decision Paul Revere made as he rallied the colonists to arms upon the Red Coats’ march into Lexington and Concord.

And so…the colonists grabbed THEIR firearms and fought back against tyranny.

Our nation was born out of the courage of these early patriots who took to arms for freedom.

The Second Amendment exists for a reason—for without a belief in protecting oneself, America wouldn’t be.

But where are we now?

We’re on an extremely treacherous, slippery decline.

In fact, our Second Amendment rights are being DESTROYED by elitist politicians who have lost touch with the very ideas our nation was founded on.

THIS YEAR, the anti-gun politicians in California are pounding our gun rights.

Secret court hearings? Warrants to seize your firearms? A battering ram through your door? Government overreach? Government surveillance? TOTAL control?

This is the new California, and we have to fight back.

Here are FOUR bills that you can help KILL today:

Assembly Bill 2607

Spearheaded by Democrat Assemblyman Ting, AB 2607 will allow your professor, boss, co-worker, or counselor to strip YOU of your gun rights.

For whatever baseless reason, in a SECRET court, they can pull a gun violence restraining order (GVRO) against you and have the SWAT team raid your house and take your guns.

>> STOP YOUR BOSS FROM TAKING YOUR GUNS

Assembly Bill 1664

Authored by Assemblymen Ting and Levine, AB 1664 would force ALL owners of ALL semi-automatic firearms that employ a “Bullet Button”, or some other magazine-locking device, to register them as “assault weapons.”

This bill would also BAN the future sale of any center-fire rifle with a detachable magazine with a “Bullet Button..” This will cut down the number of rifles Californians can buy significantly.

WORSE, if you own one of these firearms, your kids WON’T be able to inherit them, you WON’T be able to transfer it to others, and you will be placed in a SPECIAL FILE at the Department of Justice.

>> STOP THE BULLET BUTTON BAN NOW

Assembly Bill 1663

Authored by Assemblyman David Chiu, and sponsored by Attorney General Kamala Harris, AB 1663 would expand the “assault weapons” ban.

It would now include, generally, semi-automatic center-fire rifles which are capable of accepting detachable magazines, “Bullet Button” or “mag locked” firearms, as well as the M1 Carbine, Mini-14, and other similar firearms.

>> STOP THE BAN ON ALL SEMI-AUTO RIFLES WITH DETACHABLE MAGAZINES

Senate Bill 1446

Authored by Democrat Senator Loni Hancock, SB 1446 will ban the mere possession of ALL standard capacity magazines that can hold over 10 rounds.

This will include those that were permanently modified, such as 10/30s. It will also ban ALL grandfathered magazines that meet above criteria.

>> STOP THE MAGAZINE BAN

My last question to you is…what would Paul Revere do?

If we’re going to defeat these anti-gun lunatics, and protect the very freedom our country was founded on, the right to keep and bear arms, I need YOU to sign these petitions and make the “shot heard around the world” known once more.

Why does not the local sheriff arrest the politicians that are writing and submitting these un constitutional anti gun laws for violating the very oath that these criminal politicians swore to uphold? Boy would not that be something that would get every politicians attention before they started using their pen and phone.

Eric_CA

eaglenester, I read that the politicians are immune per some case law. However, I do not know the case or if it’s true.

Eric_CA

Liberalism is like a cancer …. It WILL spread.

We are doing what we can to fight back. Some support or words of encouragement would be more beneficial. I wonder how many of those so critical of California have signed the petition?

JeffH

Eric_CA, as you well know we pro-gun, 2nd Amendment, freedom and liberty Californian’s are shunned and lumped in with the liberal scum by those that think they are above us because they don’t know any better. As an example, and something that I see all to often, try buying a gun through Gunbroker and find out that the non FFL selling it won’t sell or ship their fair priced firearm to anyone from California, despite it being legal without any CA gov hoops to jump through, just because we live in California. It’s the ignorance and the attitude of some… Read more »

JeffH, I understand. Many a time I read words like “they get what they deserve” and similar inconsiderate comments without even an understanding of the political demographics. The sad part is the lack of understanding that this “disease” will spread. I read an article yesterday in Ammoland regarding the Media up in arms because their 1st Amendment rights were being violated. The Media doesn’t have the foresight to understand that these liberal loons will effect them eventually. Some of those California critics are lacking that same foresight. I’m a life member of the NRA and CRPA. I volunteer at the… Read more »

Wild Bill

Hey, I have been to Raahauges. It is three miles North of where I used to live in Norco. Also a life member of CRPA and NRA. Small world.

Eric_CA

Hey Wild Bill,
Yeah, small world. I earned my Hunter Safety Certificate at Raahuagees in the mid 80s. I used the same certificate to get my Arizona CCW. I had a German Shorthaired Pointer and shared a membership at Raahuagees. Those were fun times. Where do you live now? You probably posted it, but I can’t remember.

TRUTH BE TOLD

Yeah yeah yeah fight in their court system which is NOT what the patriots did……

mikrat

Exactly- You can not win in THEIR System. It not Justice – its Just-US.

Matt in Oklahoma

Kalifornians are not willing to fight for their rights just like the keyboard commandoes on here so why should we worry about them? You whine and cry but do nothing. You have the tools and the power but lack the heart.
For the commentators become a police officer and show everyone how it’s supposed to be done until then you are just part of the issue just like the kailifornians.

mikrat

Yeah because More Cops enFORCEing UN-Constitutional “Laws” is the answer to all the cops enFORCEing UN-Constitutional “Laws”.

Cops are part of the problem, not the solution.

Cops work for the CITY/STATE who is writing these Policy’s in the first place.

JeffH

Matt in Oklahoma ignorantly says “Kalifornians are not willing to fight for their rights just like the keyboard commandoes on here so why should we worry about them?” That’s an outright lie, a misrepresentation and an ignorant fallacy. We pro gun, pro liberty “Californians” are fighting like cats and dogs against a very stacked legislative deck and it would be nice to get some support from some of you mouthy(Tex comes to mind) ignorants that sit behind your keyboards spouting “Kommiefornia” and “boycott” as if it’s a clever little twist of words. We fight for everyone across the nation as… Read more »

The only group (GANG) that will come for your guns is all those “Good Cops” people keep falsely worshiping. Some Bill or Corporate Policy can not take your guns no matter what it says in its writings. It takes a group of people (GANG) to come after you with Force – And that GANG will be the “Good Cops”. Those “Good Cops” will follow any order given to them no matter how UN-constitutional it is as long as they get their pay and a chest bump. “Good Cops” the largest criminal gang in the country.

Boycott Kalifornia !

mikrat

While the State Criminals can write all the bad “laws” they want – Its the Cops that will be kicking in your doors at 3 am to steal your property – and those Cops will be happy to do it.

Time to Boycott all those umm “Good Cops”.

Revenue generators do not keep you safe or work for you.

DaveW

Contrary to your view that cops will be happy to kick in doors, rank and file officers overwhelmingly reject the violations of the 2nd Amendment. The ones who do seem to support them are those heads of departments who are politically dependent. The California Sheriffs Association, for example, along with the California Game Wardens, have renounced these violations of individual rights, and many sheriffs have openly declared that they will not support them, and have even threatened to arrest federal agents who try to enforce what they consider constitutional violations. Remember, Cops are citizens, too. Many of them own their… Read more »

Great comment and thank you. It’s no surprise that some who are commenting here and are generalizing about bad cops are sucking down the same “propaganda” Kool Aid as the liberal useful idiots of “OCCUPY” and “BLM” or whatever the Marxist flavor of the month is.
