This is a great price for this rifle. I recently built one with very much the same design. I purchased the same butt stock, but in the end chose to use a model from Daniels Defense. I also extended the handguard a couple more inches to the base of the flash suppressor, and used a model from UTG with the keymod feature.

The cost for my build using individual parts was over $1400.
