USA -(AmmoLand.com)- We are covering alot of ground this week on America Outdoors Radio!

We start off talking to Land Tawney, Executive Director of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers, about a bill making its way through congress that will limit our access to public lands if it passes.

From there we head to Las Vegas where we recorded a couple of segments at SHOT Show earlier this year. One conversation takes place with Shane Meisel. He's with Leupold Optics and they have a brand new rangefinder for your bow called the Vendetta you are going to love! What else is there to love? How about South Dakota?

Joe Fiala is a Business Development Representative for the state and he was at SHOT Show explaining why businesses with connections to the shooting sports and the outdoors are going to want to relocate to South Dakota. The salmon fishing has been great this year in British Columbia and we'll check in with Matt Guiget from Rugged Point Lodge and Georgia Husby from Peregrine Lodge and let you know just how magnificent this fishery is this summer! We've got outdoor news highlighting the arrest of poachers in California and Oregon and we'll also tell you about Inyo County.

They call it “The other side of California” and John Klusmire will tell you all about the outdoor recreation available in a county that boasts both the lowest and highest elevation places in the Continental United States!
