Ft Collins, CO –-(Ammoland.com)- The election:

“‘Necessity’ is the plea of every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants, the creed of slaves.” ~ William Pitt

“The creator stands on his own judgment. The parasite follows the opinions of others.

The creator thinks. The parasite copies

The creator produces. The parasite loots.

The creator's concern is the conquest of nature. The parasite's concern is the conquest of men.

The creator requires personal independence. He neither serves nor rules. He deals with men by free exchange and voluntary choice.

The parasite lusts after power. He wants to bind all men together in common action and common slavery. He claims that man is only a tool for the use of others, that he must think as they think, act as they act, and live in selfless, joyless servitude to any need but his own.

Look at history. Everything thing we have, every great achievement, has come from the independent work of an independent mind.

Every horror and destruction came from attempts to force men into a herd of brainless, soulless robots, without personal rights, without personal ambition, without will, hope, nor dignity. It is an ancient conflict.

It has another name: the “Individual” against the “Collective.”

Our country, the noblest in the history of men, was based on the principle of individualism. The principle of man's inalienable rights. It was a country where a man was free to seek his own happiness, to gain and produce, not to give up and renounce. To prosper, not to starve. To achieve, not to plunder. To hold as his highest possession a sense of his personal value.

And, as his highest virtue: self-respect.

Look at the results. That is what collectivists are now asking you to destroy.

A man who works for others, without payment, is a slave! I do not believe slavery is noble. Not in any form, nor for any purpose” ~ Howard Roark (played by Gary Cooper) in the 1949 feature film, “The Fountainhead

Comment:

My antecedent, Queen Boadicea of Iceni, defiantly said on the eve of her own death,

“We are no one’s slaves!”

That is my personal heritage, both cultural and genetic. I thus trust leftist/collectivist politicians will not confuse me, with their hoard of lemmings!

    1. I thus trust leftist/collectivist politicians will not confuse me, with their hoard of lemmings! Relax, John, the chance of THAT happening is indistinguishable from zero!

    2. Ayn Rand’s Fountainhead (mentioned above) and Atlas Shrugged are great examples of what happens when self-serving politicians and bureaucrats take over the running of a Nation. They “feed” their egos and supporters by destroying entire ways of livelihood such as Clinton going after the coal industry and other industries that have supported entire towns and states for years in the name of progress while actually subverting the ability of a town, state or nation to support itself.
There are many examples of industries being “nationalized” where productivity is frowned upon and mediocrity is lauded as something to be emulated. Look at Congress as an example of mediocrity be glorified as success!
Remember when you vote in November, you are voting for much more than the Presidency. You are voting for the Future of the United States of America!!

    3. The whole system is rigged that is why you only have a choice of dumb and dumber. The system is rigged to prevent any actual change from taking place and give an illusion of having a choice.
