Geiger joined Game & Fish/Sportsman Magazine in 2006 as Western Editor. In 2009 he was named Special Projects & Gear Editor where he helped develop the magazine’s gear coverage strategy and “Select Buy” series of activity- and species-specific coverage. His work in the crossbow market and creation of the Crossbow Revolution magazine, newsstand-only special-interest publication, has positioned Game & Fish as one of the industry leaders in promoting the growth of this exciting activity. In 2014, Geiger was promoted to Senior Editor.
Prior to joining Game & Fish Magazine, Geiger served as Editor for Fishing the Florida Keys magazine, Marketing Associate at TIB Financial Corp, Reporter for UPI, and as a crewmember of an Alaska fishing boat.
