Interesting to note in other responses on other forums is the number of people who think, Nightforce is a USA owned business. It is not. It is owned and run by Lightforce in Australia. Also of note is the recent court action taken against Ray Dennis from Australia, owner of Lightforce/Nightforce in the Idaho Supreme court, overturning a previous ruling in Mr Dennis’s obligation to pay out a former employee, J.sHuber. The court saw fit to treble the payout figure in Mr Huber’s favor as a penalty to Mr Dennis. https://www.allcourtdata.com/law/case/jeffrey-edward-huber-v-lightforce-usa-inc/cx2JcscE?page=17
