USA -(AmmoLand.com)- Publius Huldah goes through the history of the federal government's unlawful actions to regulate firearms in America.

Publius Huldah is a retired litigation attorney who now lives in Tennessee. Before getting a law degree, she got a degree in philosophy where she specialized in political philosophy and epistemology (theories of knowledge).

She now writes extensively on the U.S. Constitution, using the Federalist Papers to prove its original meaning and intent. She shows how federal judges and politicians have ignored Our Constitution and replaced it with their personal opinions and beliefs. She also shows how The People can, by learning our Founding Principles themselves, restore our Constitutional Republic.

* Nancy Oakley is an associate editor at Oath Keepers national.

She should be on the supreme court, as she reads the founders writings to understand the constitution, like justice Scalia.

“The People can, by learning our Founding Principles themselves, restore our Constitutional Republic.” This is a fool’s errand. The CONstitution has failed just as the anti-federalists warned it would: “The honorable gentleman who presides told us that, to prevent abuses in our government, we will assemble in Convention, recall our delegated powers, and punish our servants for abusing the trust reposed in them. O sir, we should have fine times, indeed, if, to punish tyrants, it were only sufficient to assemble the people! Your arms, wherewith you could defend yourselves, are gone…Did you ever read of any revolution in a… Read more »

, I disagree that it is a fool’s errand, but just for the sake of argument, what is your solution?

Your faith in the CONstitution is eternal, isn’t it? Why not face that it’s failed?

My solution is to have a stateless society. One in which institutions are voluntarily hired, fired, & financed. It’s only by controlling our money that we can be free. As long as govts exist that can force payment &, therefore, force themselves on us we’re slaves.

It is NOT the Constitution that has failed, it is the PEOPLE that have failed. When the people refuse to stay informed and force the “government” to conform to their specific duties under the Constitution then the Constitution becomes useless and government overflows it’s bounds!

RJ, people are what people are. You’re imagining a humanity that doesn’t exist. Govts propagandize & indoctrinate (govt schools call it education) to the point that many think they’re informed when what they really are is brainwashed. A hopeless situation. “By the skillful and sustained use of propaganda, one can make a people see even heaven as hell or an extremely wretched life as paradise.” –Adolf Hitler I highly recommend Edward Bernays’ “Propaganda” to better understand the phenomena. Here’s an excerpt from Chapter VI PROPAGANDA AND POLITICAL LEADERSHIP: “No serious sociologist any longer believes that the voice of the people… Read more »

Going back to the good old days when the police where unknown, people protected their families and property and public duels were commonplace.
