PASO ROBLES, Calif. -(Ammoland.com)- To reward U.S. retailers for promoting and selling Weatherby firearms nationwide, the legendary American brand has developed an exciting program for all associates.
As sales associates register Weatherby guns sold to hunters and shooters, those associates can accrue points that are redeemable for select Weatherby firearms and ammunition for personal ownership, free of charge.
According to Jason Evans, Vice President, sales & product development of Weatherby, Inc., “We created the program to thank all the people who work so hard representing our brand, and to reward them in a generous way. Selling guns equals earning points. Earn enough points and associates can own the gun of their dreams for free. It’s that easy.”
The Weatherby Rewards Program began October 1, 2016 and extends for a full calendar year. “We wanted to give sales associates more time to save up their points for what they really wanted in a gun,” Jason Evans stated.
To make the entire process easy, Weatherby created www.Rewards.Weatherby.com to handle the whole process. Associates just request an online account, submit their sales as they happen, and the site makes it effortless for them to see their progress.
With each sale, associates build their personal Weatherby Rewards Point balance. All qualifying retail sale submissions must be entered through the website (requiring pages 2 and 3 of the Firearms Transaction Record from Form 4473, and a copy of the cash register receipt or sales receipt showing the firearm serial number, product description and date sold).
Different Weatherby models sold represent unique point values.
For example, select Mark V models are worth 50 Rewards Points.
If an associate sells ten qualifying Mark Vs equaling 500 total points, then that associate can redeem the 500 points for a brand new Weatherby Mark V Accumark or Ultra Lightweight rifle. Other redeemable Weatherby firearms, from pump and autoloading shotguns to Orion® shotguns and Vanguard Synthetic rifles, are achievable with Weatherby Reward balances between 100 and 200 points.
