Follow up on my initial post.
Don called back and explained he was out of the office.
I have to say Dob was very helpful with my questions and knowledgeable about the different models I was looking to get and for providing top notch friendly professional help.
I ordered two pairs with a custom logo and am looking forward to receiving them.
All is well. 🙂

This product although a little pricey, in my opinion, looks to be very usable. The reviews and video looked great.
I am not partial to a red spider logo but wanted to explore using a custom logo.

To date, I have confirmed they have a website and an answering machine. After 3 days I have not been successful in having anyone answer the phone or return a call.
I guess if I want to try out any type of grip material on the slide I will need to go the DIY route.

Sorry for your first experience with us. As fate would have it, we forgot to leave an “out of office” message on our business phone and left the day of this article. We are back and available to assist you. Don 303.506.7747
