USA -(Ammoland.com)- Serious shooters, especially long-range shooters and passionate hunters, are constantly collecting data on rifles and loads, along with the countless conditions that can affect shots. In fact, there can't be enough data in precision shooting, particularly at longer distances.

Obtaining and storing that data can be difficult, which is why Ballistic is available in three editions for iOS devices. Whether using BallisticStandard, Ballistic Advanced or BallisticiPad editions, the program uses the world-renowned JBM Ballistics engine for precise, accurate calculations, and a ballistic library containing more than 5,300 commercial and military loads.

BallisticStandard comes with one-touch atmospheric correction, a shooting log, distance estimates using both Mil-Dot or MOA reticles and ballistic charts to show drop, energy and velocity, and to compare wind drift.

BallisticAdvanced, the flagship product, comes with Advanced Head-up Display for real-time angle acquisition, 3D trajectory imaging, Mil-Dot rangefinder and advanced wind kit, as well as Bryan Litz's custom G7 ballistic coefficients.

BallisticiPad comes with all of the features of both Standard and Advanced, with a few extras to take advantage of the larger screen size, such as full-screen 3D trajectory imaging and hi-resolution charts, and larger target sizes in the range log.

BallisticiPad can even show split-screens with ballistics, favorites and range log, in addition to having a Mil-Dot rangefinder with on-screen controls and information.

All editions of Ballistic can be used to calculate shots using factory loads and to develop handloads for those interested in extreme accuracy at any shootable range, and keep records of shots for use in all conditions, whether for hunting or competition, even in areas without cellular reception.

Whether shooting at 100 yards or 1,000 yards, Ballistic is the best tool available for improving accuracy for serious shooters.

Ballistic calculate trajectory, windage, velocity, energy, lead, and bullet flight time for any valid range. Ballistic can compensate for atmospheric conditions such as temperature, barometric pressure, humidity, and altitude (it can also accept density of air or density altitude input).

The world renowned JBM Ballistics computer is powering all of Ballistic's computations. JBM is used by world-class shooters everywhere to deliver some of the most precise calculations. You'll even be able to take JBM's extremely accurate calculations with you, even into areas with no cellular coverage.

Not apple user. Android is the preferred phone OS.
On that note, calling it the number one ballistic solver is not true.

No Android app means that roughly 2/3 of the smart phone users won’t be able to use this product.
What a way to instantly become irrelevant…

Thats because 2/3 of the smart phone users use a product that has too many software versions running on numerous hardware platforms. If you want tight software / hardware integration that produces very reliable applications, then iPhone IOS is the ticket.
