New York – -(Ammoland.com)- Why are law-abiding, licensed gun owners who follow laws and procedures being jailed in New York?
Reason TV’s John Stossel finds that every week gun owners, legally licensed by other states, are being arrested in New York airports despite correctly following the procedures of the TSA and airlines.
One such traveler, Avi Wolf, was charged for having an empty, plastic magazine in his bag. He didn’t have the gun or bullets — just the magazine, which he had forewarned the TSA about.
“I’m telling them … I have a magazine here. It’s empty, no bullets,” Wolf said. “Next thing I know they’re pulling me over to the side, they’re like, ‘Do you know what you have in your bag?!’ I know what I have in my bag, I told you what I have in my bag.”
Wolf spent a day in jail and $15,000 in legal fees, which resulted in plea bargaining a felony charge down to “public disorder.”

WTF are you yapping about? I’ve been making these points originally and independently from any source for over 20 years. If someone else has made these points they either developed them independently, fine, or plagiarized them from ME, not fine.

Another alternative is if one of my correspondents or readers makes these points, or uses phrases I coined, with my knowledge, that’s fine too. I never copywrited. My goal is to save my country. Unlike the goal of Left “Libertarians” which is to destroy it.
I actually misspoke. If someone reiterates points I’ve been making for decades, that doesn’t bother me. It’s a compliment, and I want these points to get traction. Plagiarism is a much more specific thing that involves copying tracts of prose.

They need to be charged with treason, and when found guilty be given a proper tar & feathering, and then a rail ride down to the hanging tree.
