“We chose to extend our reach west into the Sedan area after working that area over the last few years and seeing the vast beauty and affordability the Chautauqua Hills area possessed. Sedan is known locally as the ‘whitetail capital of Kansas,’ and was one of the first places in Kansas that commercial hunting outfitters took hold. The area is comprised of very large cattle ranches and hunting farms that regularly exceed 500 to 1000 contiguous acres. These large operations are where the power of the Mossy Oak Properties brand plays a huge part in showcasing these farms to millions of potential buyers.”
