I have used this product for many years. It works as advertised in my set the batteries are 292 or L41 they don’t last very long. I had to buy individual pieces so I don’t have the ones shown. Mine are brass and do not have the on off switch cap. They need to switch to a green or blue lased the red doesn’t show up unless used in a dark area. The set I have the batteries are in the 223 cartridge and it threads into the larger calibers. I would give it 7 or 8 out of 10… Read more »

Correction the brand name on my set is aimshot and they slip in friction fit in to the larger caliber. I went and looked.

I checked the Sightmark website. MSRP is $240, but they are on back order. The story seemed more like a marketing ploy.

I hate product reviews like this that don’t mention the cost of the product. I think it does a disservice to both the reader and the maker of the product. It is bound to be expensive, but very useful.

And it would be a better product if the buyer could choose the calibers. For instance, I have no use for .243 but could use .40 S&W, .44 Magnum, etc.
