Hosted by the Phoenix Rod and Gun Club, this year’s championship will draw upwards of 125 competitors. Among those competing will be Apex shooters Alex De Bono, J.J. Schroeder, Matt Theiss, Josh Yoshimoto, Maddy Folk and defending overall revolver champion Scott Folk.
“Apex is proud to sponsor the revolver championship here in our new home state of Arizona. Our company has deep roots in competitive revolver shooting going back to the days when Apex was just a small gunsmithing shop building custom revolvers for many of the sport’s top shooters. Despite the fact that today we have moved well past our small gunsmithing operation and are a rapidly growing manufacturer of aftermarket pistol parts, we still have a deep love for the wheelgun and look forward to matches like the Arizona State Revolver Championship to reconnect with the revolver shooting community,” said Randy Lee, founder and co-owner of Apex.
