TOMCAT, Consider the search engine DuckDuckGo. I won’t go into the w.w.w.w.h. of it. You can do that yourself. I will tell you it’s worth your while to do so. Otherwise, there’s Tor. There are a host of supposedly private browsers and private browser apps you can can download. That’s up to you. Personally, I’m not comfortable with that approach i.e (putting my privacy in a private individuals or company’s hands). Open source all the way! Bing is no different than google, FB, Twitter, etc. windows is the worst of all imho and if memory serves this has been proven.… Read more »

@ PA thanks for your suggestion. I have heard of Duck duck go but have not looked into it much. I will give it a closer look.

I’ve started using Bing more because I don’t think they spy on you as much as google does.
