New Jersey –  -(Ammoland.com)- Late on, January 12, 2018, Gov. Chris Christie personally made the call to Ryan Watson, Esq. that his client, Meg Fellenbaum, received a pardon.

Needless to say, the mainstream media didn’t want the public to hear Meg’s story.

If it were not for New Jersey Second Amendment Society members, activists and supporters, Meg would be rotting in prison for New Jersey’s “liberal values.” We spoke to Meg and she personally wants to thank New Jersey Second Amendment Society and our supporters for all of their tireless effort to free her against New Jersey’s draconian laws and prosecution!

Now, with days to go until Gov. Phil Murphy’s reign of terror, we need to be united like never before. The calls, emails and letters got it done, and we at New Jersey Second Amendment Society would like to say thank you for your belief in our advocacy.

The time, effort, and resources that made Meg’s pardon possible were all thanks to the proud card-carrying members and donors! Please help us continue the fight and consider becoming a member today or donating by clicking here!

She should never have been locked away in the first place. We need nationwide constitutional carry. But, reciprocity is, in the words of our gun-banning friends, “a good first step.” Roll back all these draconian laws. Get rid of the Marxist lawmakers. Repeal all federal gun acts. Yeah, yeah, it’s a dream. But it’s a dream worth fighting for.

Good for Christi giving that woman a pardon. When you call some place a shithole it isn’t a racial slur. It is a term for a country or state that takes freedoms from law abiding people and taxes them to death. One party rules for the most part and they are anti-freedom. So NJ qualifies as a shithole. When someone can go to prison for having an unloaded gun in their car or trunk & have no bad intentions or police record. When a bread winner goes to prison for such nonsense for years them they live in a shithole.… Read more »

And yet we still here the crappola about how the Democraps will “shut down the Government” if DACA doesn’t get supported. REALLY???
What the heck are these people smoking, and I am not referring to just the politicians but every snowflake as well!!!

Yes they will arrest you and will prosecute you to the fullest extent. One man returning to NJ from out of state, a family member was concerned about his mental state, recent divorce, copy found him, searched the car and found his lawfully locked up handguns and charged him, he was moving back into NJ to be with his kids. He ended up in jail, had to give up all guns and has ZERO visitation rights. Ms. Allen, PA resident in NJ for wedding was stopped for speeding (they target out of state tags), lawfully answered she had her concealed… Read more »

Amazing
What is the penalty and jail time for being illegal in NJ?
Has anyone ever been prosecuted?

What is the penalty for destruction of public property in NJ?
Has ANTIFA ever been prosecuted in NJ?

So happy Meg is free… alll are welcomed in TX
Except those who desire to degrade this great State

Bob

No shit !!!

possession of any firearm in NJ without the required Mother May I Card to even possess one is a serious felony, at least a thousand bux, and a year in the CrowBar Hotel, and if happens to be a handgun and you happen to have the sort of common personal defense ammunition used by every LE agency in the nation, including every one in NJ, (I refer to hollow point ammunition) EACH ROUND adds another thousand dollar/one year felony to the list. There are cases I’ve read where a completely innocent airline passenger whose plane is diverted into New Jersey… Read more »

NJ Dem politicians are a violent bunch on gun Laws , NRA been powerless . Now a Madman has been elected who made campaign promises (threats on Lawful gun owners) . National reciprocity will even have ruff road in NJ .

Vanns40

If you’ve been holding your breath waiting for the Republicans and NRA to push through National Reciprocity, STOP. The mortuaries are already full of folks just like you who put faith in both of those institutions and were sorely disappointed. That Bill is history and we should remind them both of that come not only Election Day but every time a request for money hits your mailbox.

YEP! YEP YEP!
I;m glad writing and calling most likely help secure her freedom from USSNJ.

Worth noting that he waited more than a year to pardon her. We NJ residents had that very much in mind when Christie was trying to ingratiate himself to the Trump campaign. When she was arrested and left to rot in prison, I sold my house and rental apartments, transferred my FFL to TX and made the move. I didn’t want to be on hand to see NJ turn into CA. If you’re the last person to leave NJ, remember to turn out the lights and don’t let the door hit you in the rear. Oh… and PLEASE don’t bring… Read more »

And she only lost more than a year of her life, thanks to tolerant liberals.
