USA –-(Ammoland.com)- National Debt.

“Among the myriad threats to national security — North Korea, Russia and Iran among them — is one very big economic issue,” said National Intelligence Director Daniel Coats.

“The failure to address our long-term fiscal situation has increased the national debt to over $20 trillion and growing,” he said during a broader hearing over dangers posed to the U.S. “This situation is unsustainable as I think we all know, and represents a dire threat to our economic and national security.”

Someone else posted that Obumer had run the natl. debt out of reason and let everything internally go to hell. It is a going to be a horrendous job to get us back on track. The Russia B.S. and the other petty nonsense is getting in the way, big time, to getting this done. We are sick of being picked on because of guns brought to you by Coward County and our good old FBI. We are… Read more »

All of a sudden we’re concerned about debt! Where was all this concern while Obama was doubling that debt?

Washington just keeps kicking the can down the road. They will only learn when it all comes crashing down. It will be too late then, and the politicians will cry, “How did this happen? We never imagined this!” If we, as a country, don’t tighten our belt now, we certainly will later. (and by the way, a huge debt is not conducive to national security.)

I have a solution, get our oil production/refining up to speed, nationalize everything (no foreign ownership and no debt to them), then tell the rest of the world if you don’t like it to damn bad!!!
It will never happen, but I can dream!
