USA –-( The FBI has a long history of abusing its national security surveillance powers. The potential for abuse is once again great, particularly given that the lines between criminal investigations and foreign intelligence operations have been blurred.

    1. The continuum issue is whether this government is intended to support the banking and corporate interests or that of WE the people?

The failing economy of the late 1800s and early 1900s, and thereafter with the advent of the central banking system the 1930s, 1950s, 1980s, 1990s, 2008 saw people who were so distraught that their earnings were not enough to cover living expences that resulted in the early 1900s the labor movements seeking to unite the workers.

Recall that the federal reserve was created in secrecy; that the IRS unlawfully and unconstitutionally taxes income from one’s labor.

The reaction of the State to the labor movement were the Palmer raids, jailing people unjustly and without probable cause.

We incarcerated Japanese Americans during WW2; the CIA created Operation Paperclip, which brought thousands of German scientists from many disciplines to this country and allowed them to continue their research in secrecy; notably the bioagent virus sv40, which found its presence in our vaccination programs(see you tube Merck video hiv and cancer of 1955); see also Dr Mary’s Monkeys; see the Devils Chessboard; that the military and cia are not audited; that the Patriot Act was intended to strip away our Bill of Rights, and has not been allowed to sunset; that a DHS was created to militarise our country domestically; that all communication, movement, and purchases are recorded in a State data bank…..I opine that the Bill of Rights were intended as a counter balance to the power of the State and on that issue we have lost.

The second amendment is explicit and written in the clearest of english and serves two purposes: a counter balance to the State and primal self protection. No one and nobody has the right to deprive me of either-period.

      I am your brother

      1. Brother.
congress has NO ENUMERATED POWERS TO DISARM WE THE PEOPLE, and neither does ANY STATE, OR COURT.
and i strongly feel we’re going to have to USE IT AS INTENDED before to much longer or WE’RE DONE AS A PEOPLE, AND NATION.

    2. Everyone was so thrilled to get a Black President,
they didn’t pay attention to what was happening around them .
WATCH What You WISH For ! THEY Come Back To Bite You. !
Now They Listen to the Hollyweirds for Direction.
Get Real People , ! Think For Yourself Read the Constitution word for word !
      You Might get Enlightened !

    3. Of course the FBI and other agencies abuse their surveillance powers. Until “We the people..” do something about it, nothing changes. Career bureaucrats are the worst as they almost always end up believing they know best and its ok to do whatever needs to be done to “protect us”.
Since we the people cant get off our asses and vote to change legislators like McCain, Pelosi, Schumer, Flake and others or vote in people who will vote in term limits, those people in the FBI, TSA and others know they are safe.
