USA –-( Selective Moral Decency.

“The fact that the Academy decided to ignore the unique and refreshing achievements of these brand new movies and decided to shower awards on a typical love story based on an old, traditional and cliched fairy tale shows that when it comes to inclusiveness and diversity, the Academy failed to walk the talk.”

    1. Oscars? someone said they were on last Sunday. I didn’t realize it and must have been watching something else. Too bad.

    2. @Wild Bill – and the sad part it Hollywood can’t even come up with new material any more! Have you seen all the remakes (and remakes of the remakes) coming out! Sad!

    3. Actors are funny people. They don’t actually have any skills or do anything. They just pretend to do something or be someone with skills. Even the words they say and arguments that they make are written and rewritten by someone else. Then, somehow, actors think themselves brilliant.
They shoot firearms, in a flurry of gratuitous violence, in a movie, then in real life, they don’t know the first thing about shooting or firearms (with a few, very few, exceptions).

      1. @WB
Lets See Who the Stars are IF They Got Hi-Morals on the Films
They Do. Such as Not Shoot Guns Because their Bad. OR Not
Play a DR. Because They Didn’t Go to Med School . Or Work,
even for that Matter because they didn’t Know How !!

        1. @arc…I once read a quote by one of them where he felt he could fly an air liner because he played a pilot once . I really don’t think there is a shred of reality in the whole industry .
