    1. Scientists have been aware of the inherent ethical implications of Google’s “No Evil” policy. This includes other social media platforms. Google’s permanent data storage policy has implications that go far beyond privacy concerns. The problem with social media is that it’s institutionalized social engineering. Allowing scientists and “experts” to dictate the nuances of how billions of Humans communicate is a scary prospect.. I have personally seen social media “herding” content and when you have online lobbyist trolls submitting complaints about conflicting content you are effectively allowing censorship. The left is well aware of methods to leverage this censorship and is behind most of the efforts to get companies like Facebook and Twitter onboard. When you allow censorship you are allowing fascism to take a foothold, given the complexities of social media and how it effects our lives, we should all be very concerned about it. This effects other fundamental and constitutional rights in America, and Google’s political ideology has a direct impact on business and consumer rights. For these reasons I believe digital content providers and social media should be required to maintain strict compliance with US Constitutional law regardless to their personal ideology. Otherwise they should be shut down if they refuse to maintain compliance.

      1. @Core very true and a very big infringement on our Constitutional rights. If it wasn’t for us there would be no Google and no third world exec. in charge.
