Adams Arms Announces Jens Krogh as New Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Odessa, Florida – -( Adams Arms announced Today that Jens Krogh has been brought on as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Jens comes to Adams with a decade’s worth of firearms industry sales and marketing experience. Most recently Jens was the Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing for Texas-based STI International. He brings experience from multiple premium brands to the table, as well as a background in worldwide distribution.

AA needs some innovation, better customer service responsiveness, and some quality improvements. Innovation: P-Series is a start, but more is needed. Customer Service: Customer should not have to go to ARFCOM, or get special ‘direct’ email contacts from forums, to reach customer support. Send an email to their general support address. Don’t hold your breath. That said, if you get through to them via ARFCOM or one of the ‘direct’ addresses, they will take care of you.
