    1. This old dolt is one of the kenyon’s liers in chief. Maybe he even taught ombumer how to lie with a straight face, who knows but he is definitely worthless swamp trash.

      1. Clapper is the official that is responsible for the military’s Civilian Airliner Shoot Down SOP. That SOP authorizes a US military pilot to shoot down a US commercial airliner, in US airspace, with civilians aboard, if terrorists are suspected to be aboard. The problem is that Clapper and the US military do not have the authorization from any state to intentionally take the life of innocent civilians, on a commercial flight, in US Airspace. Yet that remains the SOP.
I think that SOP evidences how little Clapper ever cared for the people of the United States.

        1. @ Wild Bill that is, maybe, the most serious thing that old reperbate has done. It sure seems that would be a very punishable offense that could get him locked up until he is no more.

          1. Whichever future pilot, that might follow that SOP, would find that the SOP is not a defense to criminal homicide charges brought by a county prosecutor. A hypothetical future case of a military person or entire chain of command following the existing SOP would surely be removed to federal court, where any county prosecutor would, at least, feel overwhelmed. Results may vary.
Clapper, for directing such an SOP be written, would not be chargeable.

    2. Any government employee squandering taxpayers money should be directly billed with an itemized statement of their squandering, payback the treasury in full or go to Federal prison.
