Steiner Introduces Next-Gen S-Series Prism Battle Sights

GREELEY, Colo.-(Ammoland.com)- When rapid target acquisition determines victory or defeat, shooters demand the fastest and easiest-to-use optics available. With an emphasis in speed and simplicity, Steiner introduces the next generation of prism battle sights: the S432 and S332, bringing shooters a wider field of view, larger eye box and greater eye relief than predecessors.

The compact S332 and S442, 3x and 4x magnification respectively, give shooters mid-range supremacy with astonishing fields of view of 12.9 yards and 15.4 yards at 100 meters. An unrivaled 80 mm of eye relief allows getting on target even when perfect positioning is not possible.

A large eye box and quality glass provides brilliant clarity in all environments while simple rotary digital controls located on the side make adjusting windage, elevation and reticle brightness convenient. Both sights come with the easy-to-use rapid dot reticle.

Designed to operate in the most demanding conditions, the S-Series battle sights are 100-percent fog proof, shockproof and waterproof up to 33 ft.

Hah. I know I asked for a prism sight with the durability of an Aimpoint so I could move my aging eyes over to clear reticle, but $1,300? Le Sigh.

Though, in retrospect, I suppose this put it squarely in the realm of a TA33/TA31 ACOG (given these are 3x and 4x Prism sights). That makes a bit more sense.
