      1. It depends on your state. You can get a current copy of your states criminal code of procedure, or you can approach an attorney to investigate your case to see if you could get your voting and firearm rights reinstated? It’s a pain in the butt, but it is not impossible in most cases…

Now I’m no attorney, but here’s what I know… Here in Texas, you must not have any wants or warrants, and complete all sentences, including probation or parole requirements, then you must wait ten years minimum, without any further convictions for a period of ten years from the date you completed those requirements. It helps to do your best to become a functional member of society, you can do this through education, church, volunteer and community organizations, and receiving a letter of recommendation from them, and by local Police or Sheriff that you are a good and upstanding citizen. Basically you need to prove that you have been rehabilitated from ever willingly participating in any kind of criminal activity again. My advice is to first get your voting rights reinstated, as it will give you more pull with public officials to get your Second Amendment rights reinstated. In extreme cases you may have to present your case and recommendations to your States Governor or Lt. Governor, but an attorney can help you with that if it’s required.

On a side note, if you have ever been charged with anything related to Domestic Violence, and have been found or plead guilty to the charge, you have in effect, permanently revoked your Second Amendment right to ever own a fire arm for the rest of your natural life. You can thank Feminism, and the Deep State Democrats and Globalists for that one. But, the only public official who can reinstate your rights then is the Governor of your state, as far as I know. Now you have to ask yourself, is it worth going through all of this to have your rights reinstated? Hell yes it is… Because you will set the path, and become an example for others to follow, you will be an example that our Justice system works, and that a Felon can be rehabilitated to have his rights reinstated. If you truly desire to be counted among the law abiding armed citizenry, then yes, it is worth all the money and time you put into it.

        Good luck.
