Henderson, NV – -(Ammoland.com)-Hogue, Inc., America’s premier manufacturer of firearm grips is proud to announce their Composite Material Laser Enhanced (LE) Grips for 1911 model autoloaders.
“Our popular Laser Enhanced 1911 grips are now available with precision cut piranha grip textured G10 or finely checkered reinforced wood laminate materials,” said LE Grip designer and managing partner Jim Bruhns. “In addition, we have each variation available in both Government and Officer Model fits.”
Hogue’s LE Grips have a fully programmable, digitally-controlled microprocessor circuit. Hogue’s designers capitalized on this advantage by programming three operating modes (steady, flashing or stealth target) and four user-selectable intensity levels (brightness) into the LE Grip’s circuit.
They also tapped into sophisticated power management routines to ensure long life from two common CR-2032 batteries hidden under the grip on the non-laser side – an important design feature enabling battery changes that don’t take the laser out of zero. Each LE Grip is bore-sighted at the factory while fine windage and elevation adjustments are available via small set screws.
All of the Hogue LE Grip’s programming features are accessible via pressure-sensitive programming buttons on the grip. G10 panel choices include Hogue’s G-Mascus Black, G-Mascus Green and G-Mascus Dark Earth varieties. Wood laminate options are reinforced walnut, rosewood and blackwood. The grips are supported by a 3 year warranty and have an MSRP of $239.95. Hogue Laser Enhanced Grips are manufactured in the USA.
