I am 72 years old and I can remember when a movie, hotdog , Pepsi and popcorn cost $1.00 and you got a dime back so you could call home. Just like Germany in the 1920s, you can’t just run the printing presses to make more money. Money is a store of value that can be traded for something. @Jerry, And Barry Soetoro cut the purchasing power of the dollar in half on his own authority so he would be paying the Chinese back in devalued dollars. But that reduced the purchasing power of the dollars for every American, as well.

Why should I thank Trump for a $21 trllion debt? Was he quietly advising obozo on how to destroy our economy? When Trump became Prez, the debt was over 20 trillion. When obozo became prez in ’09, the debt was over 9 trillion.
I don’t seem to understand your logic. That sounds to me that I should be to blame that when I bought my house, it needed paint.
