Ft Collins, CO –-(Ammoland.com)- Frauds and Liars:
As our midterm election season approaches, the traditional, hard-left, anti-gun stance of the Democrat Party is being ruthlessly enforced upon all Democrat candidates.
All running for office on the Democrat ticket are expected to fall in line on this issue.
But, when asked about individual rights protected by our Second Amendment, Democrats consistently lie about their intentions.
Example:
From a recent letter to a constituent from a Democrat NY Senator (Chuck Schumer):
“I believe the right to bear arms is guaranteed by the Constitution’s Second Amendment…
I respect the Second Amendment, but I also believe that we have a collective interest in keeping guns out of the hands of those who want to harm the innocent….
I will work with my colleagues to protect the rights of gun owners while respecting the rights of each state to determine how best to protect its citizens….”
All sounds wonderful!
Yet, this beguiling senator has spent his entire political career working tirelessly to regulate privately-owned guns out of existence in his state, and in the rest of the Country.
He is an all-too-typical “guns for me, but not for thee” Democrat.
I have yet to listen to one of these neo-Marxists (masquerading as “Democrats”) who did not begin his soothing lie with “… and I believe in our Second Amendment,” followed by “… and as a youngster, I hunted with my grandfather,” ad nauseam.
Then comes the duplicitous “… therefore, as an American Citizen you have ‘rights,’ BUT
- a) they are not ‘inalienable and endowed by our Creator;’ no, they are weak and temporary, and we politicians, in our condescending magnanimity, arbitrarily bestow them upon you (or withdraw them), at our whim.
- b) and rights are only ‘collective,’ never individual, and never absolute
- c) so we’ll be the ones to decide if you really ‘need’ a gun or not
It’s much like a smooth-talking serial murderer who assures you that he only wants to bind your hands and feet “for just a few minutes,” and after all “it’s for your own protection.”
How will you vote this November? Believe these liars at your peril!

Sounds like the cop who tells you, “You’re not under arrest, but I’m going to handcuff you for your safety and mine.” First off, no matter what he says, if you cannot exercise your right to leave without having restraints removed, you are in a situation that meets the definition of “arrested,”even if you’re not going to be charged. Second, but no less important, there is no conceivable way that handcuffing me will increase MY safety (the LEO’s – maybe), but saying he’s doing it for “his safety and mine” is an outright lie.
If you like your guns you can keep your guns. Sound familiar?
Hay guys, I have a few letters from dear CHUCKIE S and they all say the same thing .I support the second amendment BUT (and this is the big one ) WITH RESTRICTIONS . That means ,YES I CAN CARRY (and he does) AND YOU CAN’T Buy the way the gov. of NEW YORK also has a CARRY PERMIT.
Upchuck schemer revealed himself to be a prototypical ‘butter’ way back when he was a junior senator by coming to Washington State to ‘assist’ in an early gun registration scheme – Initiative 1076 IIRC. Fortunately the hard lefties from Seattle/King County didn’t have enough clout at that time and if failed miserably. It’s sad but you’re absolutely right. The thing about another civil war is also spot on. The looney left democrats have been swearing into office with their fingers crossed behind their backs. There is no “collective interest” there are only Civil Rights belonging to persons or Powers and Authorities belonging to the governments. Unfortunately, there is no reliable way to determine those “who want to hurt the innocent.” It simply cannot be predicted without HUGE levels of “false positives,” ie, predictions that someone will become violent, who actually does not. For this reason, all the recent proposals will be far more effective at infringing the self-defense rights of innocents, than at preventing another wrongful shooting incident. Former Dallas County Sheriff Lupe Valdez is running as a Democrat for Governor of Texas. She touts as her qualifications that she is a Hispanic Lesbian. She is strongly anti-gun and points to her law enforcement experience- never noting that her term as Dheriff was marked primarily by her own personal administrative and managerial incompetence. Nor is it mentioned that she failed her Texas Peace Officers Handgun Qualification numerous times in front of witnesses, but passed after one-on-one private test observed by no one except the tester. Over and over we see this mantra. In each case, the ‘but’ negates the statement. The precense of the ‘but’ or maybe a ‘however’, immediately shows their lack of actual support, their lack of veracity. It is a mere lip service, followed by their actual intention to support “The Narrative”, not the Constitution.
The word “but” (the strongest word in the English language!) actually means “forget everything I just said…”
As soon as the word “but” is added after ANY statement the words spoken previously are 100% certified BULLSHIT !

Humans never choose evil over good. Sen. Schumer and his ilk rationalize their choice of gun bans or “strict regulation” as doing good for the lesser members of their species, who lack the wisdom to know the danger they put themselves in by exercising their liberty, and those inherent rights that are so distressing to such control freaks.
We saw the dream of “a better, sober society” enforced on this nation by such sanctimonious, self-appointed guardians of the “lesser folk” for 13 years of Prohibition, with disastrous affects on this country..
