USA –-(Ammoland.com)- Disrespect the Flag, Just Do It.

Nike’s decision to feature Kaepernick, the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback who triggered protests by NFL players after he started kneeling during the national anthem in 2016, has rightfully led to calls for boycotts & burning of Nike gear.

CM/LS/JPM All right on, and as far as respect each one of us chooses a profession be it a dishwasher, a tradesman, or a professional there are good and bad in all, but like what has been said according to most people have a problem with the police, try putting on their shoes for one week and go into their turf to see how they would react to their job! It is like I have said before, they are spoiled big money brats that cry but don’t try to find a solution to the problem, but we can protest, the… Read more »

Someone in the news media needs to showcase the sweat shops that make the Nike products and get that on the internet, tell the public what the workers get paid per hour to make these overpriced anti American products.
Hit them in their pocket, refuse to buy their products and don’t shop in stores that carry the brand and be sure you tell those stores why you won’t spend your hard earned money with them.
There is some big name companies that sell that brand, JCPenney, Kohls,Macys, etc.., not counting the sports stores.

Why a badge? Why not a trucker’s CDL, roofer’s hammer, logger’s chainsaw or commercial fisherman’s gear?

All of those men are more likely to sacrifice their lives than an overpaid, snowflake of a cop is.

Being a cop doesn’t even crack the top 10 of most dangerous professions.

Because a cop runs to the danger when other run from the danger.

Rly dude. Police officers face dangers posed by other humans that others cannot face, and sometimes they pay the ultimate price for PROTECTING OTHERS! So ya, call a carpenter next time someone pulls out a gun and starts shooting everyone! Also, this whole protesting thing started because of almost non-existent police brutality, so this is supposed to show support for the blue.
BLUE LIVES MATTER
And police do more for the people of America than any of those idiotic millionaire snowflake football players!

You have NO clue – not a single one of those other professions have people INTENTIONALLY targeting them. True, they do have high accident rates but they do not ‘sacrifice’ like coppers and military members do. Are the coppers perfect? Absolutely not, but then again they have to recruit from the human race, NONE of which is perfect.
I’m still waiting to find out exactly what ‘humperdink’ sacrificed since he is all but washed up as a player.
BTW, next time someone is breaking into your house, call a carpenter.

Eaglesnester, I agree completely. Most of this new generation have not been taught any U.S. history. High school produces diplomas, not education. I live in the south and many children are taught history by their parents. They do not learn much of amything at school. If anyone doubts me check out YOUR local Junior College stats on how many incoming high school graduates fail the basic assesment test and are required to start with remedial classes.

Companies need learn that it is not good business to limit their market. Dicks, NFL,YETI all have done that. Stockholders suffer, CEO get paid multi million dollar bonus if companies fails!

I’m 15 and I LOVE AMERICA! The things that people like Adam Brown, Lt. Jerry Boykin, and Michal Murphy, two of which gave all to their country while in service as Navy Seals, will do to protect us deserves the uttermost respect! The fact that Nike is going to take such an unbelievably liberal stance on what Kaepernick has “given up” and broadcast it is complete bull crap. The idiot is a multimillionaire football player, and a complete brat to boot. I want all of you guys over 30 to know that I will be doing my best to instill… Read more »

Its all about demographics unfortunatly, Us old guys are not going to be in the market for hi dollar tennyrunners.. Its the young crowd under 30 that they are targeting. This age group has no patroism and could care less about 1st and 2nd amendment rights, or activists judges making up laws as they go. These kids think it is cool to go against the grain, even if they dont know which way the grain runs. They barely know what the bill of rights are. .Obama took care of that with 8 years of common core. A football player taking… Read more »

Agreed. Nike is targeting the under-30 ghetto trash crowd and snowflakes whose parents pay for their shoes. The majority of folks here wouldn’t be caught dead in those overpriced excuses for footwear.
