That’s because the support for ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation continues to grow — being sold as a ‘common sense compromise’ amongst lawmakers in state legislatures all over the country.
It’s already passed in states like Florida, New Jersey and Indiana.
And, with a disturbing number of Wyoming lawmakers refusing to answer our survey precisely because they don’t want to promise to oppose this dangerous legislation, this is a threat we have to take very seriously!

New Jersey a Red State? The writer of this article made a huge mistake here.
Could you please point that part out?
When it comes to “red flag laws”, there is highly questionable – and there is absolutely horrible. This largely depends upon who is allowed to request these orders. The larger the pool of individuals that can request these orders, the worse the potential for abuse. California has had such a law for a while – and a full 90% of such orders were reversed as soon as the subject got their day in court. The conclusion is unavoidable: These laws are massively abused.
What is California doing in response to this abuse? Expanding the law, of course!
the dictionary defines regulate as: Adjust to a particular Standard, Rate, Amount, Degree etc. thus well regulated. The 1st, 2nd, 4th and 10th amendment includes the word people,
So what the hell are you trying to imply with that? Ambiguous answers leave you open for interpretation from both sides. kind of like the answer idiot traitorous worthless libturds give on the 2nd. Well regulated MILITIA, NOT GUNS or FIREARMS. “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED” means what the hell it says.
It means fully prepared, Theres no reason to believe our founders gave government the power to control our firearms when the other 9 amendments protects us from government, Thats why its called the Bill of Rights.!! Calling New Jersey a Red State makes the author(s) look like idiots.
One can argue about New Jersey being a Dark Blue state, or a Purple state, or somewhere in between.
But NO sane and INFORMED person would consider New Jersey a Red state.
I went back an read the article three times an no where was New Jersey called a red state.I think he was referring to red flag law which I think they are.As far as Wyoming people need to know who they are voting for An quit voting party lines.Same goes for Montana an every other state as far as that goes

What is happening in both Wyoming and Montana with anti-gun politicians running amok is disturbing, disappointing and heartbreaking.
It happens there because of Californians leaving that Rotting state and then immediately trying to make their new home just like the shithole they just left!
Disarming the American Citizens, by Swatting one house at a time. Remember Red Flag laws allow any law enforcement officer to “flag” anyone with firearms, without “due process”! These types of laws ARE the beginning of the end of our Constitution and our Republic.
