    1. I sure hope someone has a plan. As Fred Thompson spoke the the classic cold war movie, “Son, Russians don’t take a dump without a plan.”
I sure hope Trump et al have a plan. China has been building to their “glorious” revolution for 30 years now…flooding and manipulating the global markets, buying vast amounts of land. Russia has been building their military again for at least 15 years and is poised to to say “when”. These and others are laughing at us. Infighting, weak government. Ha! At this rate, someday soon we might need to consult Patrick Swayze and C. Thomas Howell on what to do! Head down, eyes up, I guess.

      1. Relax. They’re not going to make a move as long as there’s a Republican in the White House. They’ll wait till there’s another Obama, Clinton or Carter in there. Dems cut the DOD budget, open the borders, cut Border Patrol and ICE spending. They focus more on domestic issues and pay less attention to real problems. Go on their world wide ass kissing/apology tour. Allow other nations to treat us like they’re above us in some meaningful way. Then all they have to do is make idle threats. The Dems throw money at them like Barrack Hussein did with Iran and Palestine. They get to buy our Uranium for next to nothing. Life is much easier for China and Russia when liberals are calling the shots. Trump and Mattis would be a fight. Hillary, Biden, Bernie, Bloomberg, Feinstein, Pelosi are too busy trying to take o r guns to be an obstacle to a real threat. You’re worrying about the wrong bad guys. The worst ones already live here. If we didn’t go to war with Russia or China by now, we never will. They’re both moving towards Capitalism. And it looks like N. Korea wants to do the same. Our biggest problems are the liberals and maybe Iran. They hate everyone that’s not Shiite. But the Sunnis hate everyone not Sunni. Once a government or regime buys into capitalism, money talks and everything else walks. If religion is still a valid reason for you to go to war in the 21st century, you’re pretty much a lost cause and probably need to have your ass removed. Improving the lives of your citizens ought to be your top priority. And if you have a brain, leaders can enrich themselves and their families doing it. Putin gets that. Trump gets that. So does China, Japan and lately N. Korea. Iran, Syria, Palestine and many of the smaller Communist regimes are stuck in the 40s and 50s. You can’t fix stupid.
